Kieron is the Senior Operations and Integrations Manager responsible for Challenger Investment Management’s mortgage servicing operations, technology integrations and process optimization initiatives.
Kieron joined Challenger Investment Management in 2022 and has over 17 years’ experience in financial services, operational excellence and asset management. Prior to joining, Kieron held senior roles at Pepper Money and MAIA Financial, where he successfully managed operations, implemented technology integrations, and developed data-driven processes to develop desired business outcomes. He also held various positions with Capital Finance Australia Limited and Fox Symes & Associates.
