Lewis Douglas

Lewis is currently the Data & Reporting Manager, with a strong background in financial services and business intelligence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and began his career at Pepper through their graduate program, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of data and reporting. He later joined Macquarie Bank, working in Treasury as a BI Analyst, where he supported strategic insights and automation initiatives. Lewis is highly skilled in Power BI, Salesforce, and Alteryx, with a passion for turning data into actionable business outcomes.
