Maddy is a Senior Portfolio Manager with a focus on Domestic Asset Backed Securities.
Maddy joined Challenger Investment Management in 2025 with over a decade of experience in securitisation. Prior to joining, she was a Director at Atlas SP Partners, with key responsibility for the investment management of the Credit Suisse Australian securitisation portfolio, as well as origination and structuring of securitisation warehouse facilities for Atlas. Prior to Credit Suisse, Maddy worked at MUFG Bank in the Securitisation and Fund Finance team.
Maddy holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Economics from Macquarie University and is a CFA Charterholder.
