Pei is a Director in the Credit Risk Team responsible for credit across all asset classes.
Pei joined Challenger in 2014 and has over 20 years’ experience in credit risk management. Prior to joining Challenger, Pei spent 8 years at JP Morgan working in their Credit Risk team in London, responsible for corporate transactions in the Consumer and TMT sectors for EMEA. At JP Morgan Pei also worked in their Client Credit Management team in Sydney focusing on leveraged finance and general corporate credit. Before this Pei worked at ANZ in both credit and relationship management roles. Pei started her career as an analyst in a boutique advisory firm in Malaysia.
Pei holds a Bachelor of Business (with Distinction) and an MBA from University of Technology, Sydney.
