Riley is an Analyst in the Challenger Investment Management Acquisition Finance business and is responsible for supporting senior team members in structuring, executing and monitoring debt investments.
Riley has over 2 years’ experience in private credit and leveraged finance. Riley joined Challenger Investment Management in 2025 after spending over two years in Challenger’s Credit Risk team where he was responsible for private credit across different asset classes with a particular focus on leveraged finance. Prior to joining Challenger, Riley worked in Private Wealth at Wilsons Advisory whilst completing his final year of university.
Riley holds a Bachelor of Commerce Dalyell Scholars (Finance & Banking) from the University of Sydney.
