Ross leads the Contact Centre and Collections functions within Challenger’s growing mortgage servicing operations. He is responsible for overseeing end to end collections, hardship, and complaints management, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial operations across asset management, portfolio acquisitions, and collections.
Prior to joining Challenger, Ross held several senior leadership roles across the financial services sector, including more than 16 years at Resimac Ltd, where he led the end to end collections function and played a key role in delivering market-leading results.
