Victor Rodriguez

Victor is Executive General Manager, Group Asset Management of Challenger Limited (ASX:CGF), leading Challenger’s asset management business.

Victor was appointed to the role in January 2026, having previously held roles overseeing the Fixed Income business and subsequently the wider Fidante and third-party funds business at Challenger.

Prior to joining Challenger in 2017, Victor was head of Asia Pacific Fixed Income at Aberdeen based in Singapore and he also led Aberdeen’s Australian Fixed Income business. Victor previously held various investment roles over thirteen-year period at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Australia, including Deputy Head of Fixed Income.
